What cacabola Records in Transaction History
We log every financial movement and every wagering action on your cacabola account. This includes deposits (with payment method, amount, and timestamp), withdrawals (with destination account and approval status), bets placed (sport, odds, and stake), game spins (game name, bet size, and outcome), wins and losses (payout or debit amount), bonuses or promotions applied, and account adjustments (refunds, corrections, reversals). Our transaction history is comprehensive; nothing is omitted or hidden.
The purpose of this logging is threefold: transparency (you verify your account status anytime), compliance (regulators and payment processors require auditable records), and dispute resolution (if you believe a transaction was incorrect, we have timestamped evidence to review). We retain transaction history indefinitely. You can access records from months or years ago by scrolling or filtering by date.
Accessing Transaction History on Mobile
On our Android app, launch cacabola, log in with your email and password, and tap the Account icon (usually bottom-right or in a menu drawer). Scroll to "Transaction History" and tap. The page loads your last fifty subject to verificationly. Scroll down to load older records, or use the filter button to narrow by date, type, or payment method.
On iOS (via Safari or Chrome), navigate to cacabola.id, log in, and tap your account avatar or username. Select "Transaction History" from the dropdown. The mobile browser experience is identical to the app—same layout, same filters, same performance. We've optimized the transaction history page to load quickly even on slow connections, and we compress the data so it uses minimal bandwidth.
Transaction history is personal—only you and our support team (if you contact us) can view your records. We use your password and email verification to gate access, and we don't share transaction data with third parties except as required by law or payment processors for settlement and fraud prevention.
Your transaction history is live and updates in real time. A deposit or bet you just placed appears in your history within seconds of confirmation.
Understanding Transaction Statuses
Each transaction in your cacabola history displays a status that tells you where it stands. A "Pending" deposit means we've received your payment request but are waiting for your bank or e-wallet (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) to confirm the transfer. This typically takes minutes, but can take longer during busy periods or if your bank is slow to process. Once the payment reaches our account, the status changes to "Confirmed," and the funds are added to your balance.
A "Settled" transaction is final—the outcome is locked and cannot be reversed. Settled bets show whether you won or lost. Settled deposits are credited to your account. Settled withdrawals mean the funds have left our system and should be en route to your nominated bank account or e-wallet.
A "Failed" or "Reversed" transaction means something went wrong—the payment method was declined, the account number was incorrect, or the transaction timed out. If you see a failed deposit, the money should be refunded to your original payment method within a few business days. We'll also show a note explaining the failure.
Deposits and Withdrawals in Your History
When you deposit on cacabola using e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), your transaction history captures the full details: the amount, your chosen payment method, a unique reference ID, and a timestamp. We also show the confirmation status—whether the payment has cleared our bank yet.
For withdrawals, we record the amount you requested, the destination account (mobile banking wallet, local payment account, etc.), the approval status, and the date you requested it. Our support team reviews withdrawal requests against your account history, KYC verification, and recent activity to ensure legitimacy. This review typically completes within one to three business days, though it may take longer during holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek) when banking partners have reduced staffing.
Your transaction history makes it easy to match a withdrawal request with the actual payout. If you requested a withdrawal three days ago and it's still showing "Under Review," you can check your history, note the reference ID, and contact our support team with that ID for a status update.
Bets and Game Sessions in Transaction History
When you place a bet on a Liga 1 match, Piala AFF fixture, or any other sport, cacabola logs it with your stake, the odds you accepted, and your predicted outcome. The bet shows as "Open" until the match finishes. Once the match ends and our odds provider confirms the result, your bet status changes to "Settled" and shows whether you won or lost.
Game sessions (slot spins, live roulette rounds, etc.) also appear in your transaction history. Each spin or game round is logged with the game name, your bet size, your result, and the timestamp. This lets you track your total wagering and review your game activity week by week or month by month. Many players use this data to understand their play patterns and spending.
If a bet is voided (the match is cancelled, postponed, or ruled null), we mark it "Void" in your history and refund your stake. This refund appears as a separate "Void Refund" transaction line, so you see clearly that your money was returned and why.
- Open bet
- Wager placed but the underlying match or game has not yet concluded. Stake is deducted from your balance pending outcome.
- Settled bet
- Match or game finished; outcome confirmed; balance adjusted (win or loss) and status locked.
- Void bet
- Match cancelled or ruled null; your stake refunded as a separate credit transaction.
- Game session
- Single spin or round in a slot, roulette, or casino table; recorded with bet size, outcome, and payout or loss.
Filtering and Reviewing Your History
Our transaction history interface includes filters so you don't have to scroll through months of records. You can filter by date range (e.g., "Last 7 days," "Last month," or a custom date pair), transaction type (deposits, withdrawals, bets, game sessions), or payment method (online payment, e-wallet, etc.). On mobile, these filters are accessed via a "Filter" button at the top of the transaction list.
You can also search by reference ID if you remember the ID of a specific transaction. This is useful if you've contacted support and they've given you a reference number—you can quickly pull up that transaction to verify its status or details.
We do not currently offer one-click export of transaction history to CSV or PDF, but you can screenshot your transaction list from your phone. For larger data exports (e.g., a full year of history), contact our support team and they can prepare a report for you.

Transaction History and Data Security
Your transaction history is protected by the same security measures we use for your password and account balance. We encrypt data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (on our servers). Only you and our support team (when needed for account recovery or disputes) can view your transaction records. We do not sell or share this data with third parties except as required by Indonesian payment regulations or anti-fraud standards.
If you're concerned about account security—for example, if you see a transaction you didn't authorize—contact our support team immediately. We can review the transaction timestamp, the IP address from which it was initiated, and other metadata to determine legitimacy. If fraud is confirmed, we can reverse the transaction and help you recover your account.
