Installing cacabola: Android, iOS, and Web
We offer three ways to access cacabola. Android users can download and install our native app directly from our website—this is the fastest, most reliable method for Bahasa and English speakers. iOS users open cacabola in Safari or Chrome and add a shortcut to your home screen; the browser experience is fully responsive and nearly identical to our Android app. Desktop users access the same web platform on laptop or tablet.
The Android app is the recommended path because it stores game data locally, supports push notifications for live-score updates during Liga 1 and Piala AFF matches, and works offline for account checks. The iOS browser version avoids app-store review delays and gives you instant updates when we deploy new features. Choose whichever fits your device and usage.

Why Download the cacabola App vs. Using a Browser
The cacabola Android app has several advantages over browser access. It caches game graphics and odds data locally, so games load faster even on slower connections. Push notifications alert you to live-score updates during Liga 1 and Piala AFF matches, so you don't miss betting windows. The app integrates with your Android device's lock screen and quick settings, letting you check your balance and recent transactions without opening a full browser. On iOS, the browser version is so well-optimized that the experience is nearly identical to a native app, with no installation friction.
Both paths support the same deposits and withdrawals. You can fund your account with e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) and request withdrawals within seconds. Withdrawals are reviewed within one to three business days. If you value speed and offline access, choose the Android app. If you want zero installation and instant updates, use your browser.
Device Compatibility and Requirements
Our cacabola Android app requires Android 7.0 or later and about 50 MB of free storage. It works on phones and tablets. Our iOS and web experiences work on iPhone 6s and later, plus all iPads running iOS 12 or later. Desktop browsers include Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your device's OS updated to the latest version for best performance and security.
Troubleshooting Common Installation and Login Issues
If the Android APK fails to install, check that you have enabled "Unknown Sources" in Settings > Security. Some devices require you to also allow the app by name in Settings > Apps. If you get a certificate-trust warning on Android, this is normal for direct downloads—tap "Install anyway." If the app crashes on launch, try restarting your phone and clearing the app cache (Settings > Apps > cacabola > Storage > Clear Cache).
iOS users who cannot add cacabola to their home screen should check that Safari is not in private browsing mode—switch to normal browsing, then try again. If you forget your password on any device, tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen; we send a reset link to your registered email. If you have trouble receiving the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team via live chat. For two-factor authentication issues, log out completely, wait 30 seconds, then log back in—your phone's authentication code resets.
Mobile App Permissions, Data Handling, and Account Security
The cacabola app requests permission to access your device's camera and microphone (for optional video KYC verification), your phone number (for two-factor authentication), and your location (to verify you reside in a supported jurisdiction). We use these permissions only for account security and compliance. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except where required by law. Your password is encrypted in transit and at rest on our servers.
When you log in on cacabola, we create a secure session token stored on your device. This token expires after subject to verification of inactivity, so if you leave the app open, you must re-enter your password to access sensitive functions like withdrawals. We recommend using a strong password (at least 12 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication on your account. If you use a shared device, always tap "Log out" after finishing; do not rely on simply closing the app.
